On October 18th, 2016, The first public education institution “Africa Tulaoge training center” in Nouâdhibou city which is sponsored by non-government capitals was officially opened. The city’s two deputy mayors and five politicians attended this activity together to celebrate the occasion.
After the BBS Johannesburg summit of the China-africa cooperation initiative brought education into the China-africa cooperation projects, Tulaoge International Group Inc become the first private capital group in this city which responded positively to the accord. Its subsidiaries spread everywhere in the world, its business range covers food processing , tourism , catering , accommodation , agricultural science andtechnology , aquaculture , network television , e-commerce site , network animation and all kinds of training, etc.
This cooperation was decided to be initiated by local municipal government and undertaken by Tulaoge International Group Inc after more than three months of negotiations between both sides, they will together to build the “Africa Tulaoge training center” , and share with Mauritania citizens about Chinese experience and technology, the support way will be changed from “blood transfusion” form to “blood creation”, promote the city’s economic and social development and provide educational support for Mauritania's industrialization progress.
Mrs. Nina, the administrative vice-general manager of Tulaoge International Group Inc, She said in the speech: “It has been 60 years since China and Africa established diplomatic ties, in recent years, under the joint efforts by China and African countries, the effective cooperation in these areas such as economy, finance, cultural and educational exchanges, security cooperation and different types of international affairs have brought tangible benefits to both peoples. Tulaoge International Group Inc will provide the powerful technical support to this project continually. At present, Tulaoge training center plans to provide Chinese classes for audits and adolescents, French training course and computer courses, after that, it will add vocational and technical training for local people in order to strengthen the community construction and promote social harmony, I believe we will create a remarkable account of miracles for a better tomorrow of Nouâdhibou city!” There was warm applause during the speech, it is obvious that Mrs. Nina have kindled the light of hope in local people's heart!
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony came to a successful end, there were still have a lot parents and students communicate with each other actively, in the meantime, Tulaoge’s staff prepared an afternoon tea for students and answer questions from students and their parents patiently, they all benefited a lot from the answers.At the end of this activity, nearly two hundred people sign up for this course via phone application and site registration. As far as we know, the first phase of the Chinese classes will start on October 20th, 2016.
