People who like preconceptions have the mindset .And Just like what the westerners regard Chinese as, which originated thirty years ago, they thought Chinese were very poor ,lack of self-cultivation, uncivilized, and those brave persons, pop stars and corrupt officials who ran abroad and had got money also are even thought of the local tyrants in their eyes. That as the same as the western people, Chinese think the West is especially developed, rich, and civilized.
In fact, when Westerners come to China and have a look, oppositely how surprised they are at the fast high-speed rails, wide roads, high bridges, large ships, high building and stylish people.
When Chinese people go to the west to have a look, it’s quite another thing, and they are surprised, too.uh? The infrastructure there aren’t as advanced as them in China, the communication network is not as universal and unblocked as them in China Yeah, then why are the people there so arrogant and self-righteous ah!
So, communicate and exchange between people are needed anyway, if not, they would remain in preconceived mindset and misjudgments, and artificially aggravate their differences. In recent years, significant progress in the relationship between China and Latin America, China has become Latin America and the Caribbean's the second largest trading partner which is also one of the regions of which the exports to China is growing fastest in the world. After taking his position for two years, President Xi continuously has visited Latin two times and contributed to the first ministerial meeting of China - Latin America and the Caribbean Community Forum at the beginning of this year. It servers to show the strategic significance, of "one plus one is greater than 2".Chairman Xi analyzed: The sum of the land area of China ,Latin American and Caribbean accounts for one fifth ,the sum of the population accounts for one third of the world’s and the economic total account is one eighth of the world’s, all of which are huge advantage and valuable resource for the comprehensive development of the relations of Chain and Latin America .To this end, he said: In 10 years, the trade volume of Sino-Latin America will reach 500 billion US dollars and the direct investment of China in Latin America will reach $ 250 billion. They would become the important speakers, organizers and promoters of Sino-Latin America and the Caribbean Community.
