U. S is the Thief of European Wealth
Currently, the debt crisis in Greece continues to worsen. Several days ago, IMF, instead of keeping a deserved neutral profile, asserted to the international creditors that Greece has over one hundred tons of gold hidden in the country. Therefore, politicians of euro countries, including Germany, are demanding Greece to make explanation.
Everything has two aspects. Every sovereign country has its own gold reserves. In history, Chiang Kai-shek also brought 70t gold and 100 million US dollars of foreign exchange to Taiwan when he was escaping to there. Euro countries are interested in the Greek gold, but they ignore the question of how IMF knows the properties of other countries. It means that the European wealth had been targeted by the thief who knows your wealth very well and takes away your wealth in broad daylight. However, the countries being stolen don’t aware of the danger, but follow him: “hi, buddy! Can I give you a hand?”
This buddy is U.S. Why? European people by nature like freedom and leisure and are not good at tricks, while U.S is good at playing intrigues. Therefore, the European Union is no match for America. America claims EU as his partner. Since the World War II, America won treasure from wars. European countries, especially Western Europe, have been in an attached position to America. With economic recovery in Europe, America found that the control over Europe must be changed from rigid to soft. Then America started stealing European wealth for over 20 years.
In terms of intelligence, American monitoring to Europe is a fact. In June 2013, American PRISM scandal was disposed by Edward Snowden. It is reported that massive monitoring was peformed for French, Italian, Germany and Spanish politicians, arousing uproar in Europe and bringing EU-US relations to credit crisis. However, America didn’t stop the monitoring behavior among partner’s protest, which shows how irrespective of others the severe monitoring is. Recently, French media further reveals that America consecutively monitored three French Presidents. On June 24, 2015, in the call with Hollande, American President Obama said that America is no longer monitor his telecommunications, which means that the monitoring before is completely a fact. Likewise, it is fully possible that America keep an eye on the others wealth; otherwise, how IMF claim that Greece has one hundred tons of gold!
In terms of military, America dragged NATO and EU to his boat. Why America monitored his partners? European countries pursue democracy and freedom. In the course of following America, gradually they found that the America is the decision maker in the US-EU alliance. For a long term, America pursues unilateralism policy and hegemony style and ignores the opinions and benefit of European countries, causing strong dissatisfaction and server worry in European countries. To prevent European collaboration and public countering against America, America conducted massive monitoring to its European partners. Actually, America had dragged NATO and EU to its boat since a long time ago. On the American National Missile Defense plan, European countries are dragged as cannon fodder and increased unnecessary military expenditure for Europe. America took a hand in Ukraine, East Asia and Middle East; deteriorated ties with Russia; asserted that North Korea and Iran are the largest enemies of NATO; unilaterally launched the Iraq war. EU irritated a lot about these issues, but cannot get rid of the embarrassment of being made as enemy.
In terms of environmental protection, America disregards European advocacy that environmental maintenance is foremost. For a long time, European people sincerely believe in God and revere the nature. They would rather slow down the economic development in order to protect the ecological environment. However, their brother America took the lead in rejecting the implementation of Kyoto Protocol signed by over 100 countries. Statistics shows that, within the 10 years in 1990s, hydrocarbon discharged by America accounts for 30% of the global volume. Therefore, the unilateral American violation of environmental protection aroused strong dissatisfaction and criticism of countries around the world, especially European countries. European people are so angry that America is called the rogue of destroying global ecology and the “chief culprit” of global warming.
In terms of economy, Europe is dragged by America to the difficulties of medium and long term crisis. European people by nature are not good at tricks, but America has been playing the intrigue of stealing European treasures for over twenty years. It took advantage of the tightening monetary policy in EU and Euro zone to make the Euro expensive but not globally circulating. Furthermore, European finance is burdened with the stones of deposit certificate and taxes. Therefore, Euro can neither be taken out of the zone nor deposited in bank. Many people put Euro at home, making the Euro representing wealth like the waste paper. Then America printed US dollars massively. The money goes out after changing into USD. There is an ancient saying “you win with the property; you lose with the currency”. Let me take an example: one Euro should buy ten apples, but due to that Euro is not globally circulating, after changed into USD, it can only buy one apple. Then where do the nigh apples go? It goes to America as USD. In this way, America steals the European wealth away without notice.
Frankly, the game of printing currency is not a secret. There is a story in ancient China. Cai state is good at dyeing. One bolt of purple silken cloth is worth of one Zi gold, but worth of ten Zi gold in ZhouState. After aware of this, businessmen in CaiState soon purchased all the purple silken cloth. Businessmen in ZhouState collected a large amount of common chips as mortgage and purchased the purple silken cloth from businessmen of CaiState. Businessmen of CaiState only got the chips exchangeable to currency and lost the large amount of purple silken cloth. We can see that America is playing the similar game. It prints money and steals away the European treasure, while Europe is counting money for America!
In 2008, European economy was dragged to full crisis by global financial crisis triggered by American subprime crisis and the new normal of slow recovery still doesn’t emerge up to now. However, in order to stop the collaboration between European rising countries and China, America released TPP and TTIP. The TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership) attempts to establish an America-predominant “Economic NATO”, which focuses to weaken the WTO rules, increase American bossy voices and further open the market and financial control of agreed countries , including European counties, to America. But due to that Europe insists on high standard in environmental protection, plus deep conflict in America and insufficient power of US congress; the two parties are vigilant against each other, with large divergence, TTIP is not much pushed forward up to now.
However, America never thought that the voice of China, forging fate community, expanding benefit convergence and advocating win-win cooperation, became the main tone. Free Trade Zones, highlighting Chinese effect, are flowering around the world. Many European countries had opened their door for China and became the bridge and link for China to go to Europe. One batch of European partners has gradually awakened. They broke away from America and joined AIIB. One batch of European central banks achieved currency exchange with RMB.
During President Xi’s visit to Europe last year, important consensuses were achieved on establishment of four China-Europe partnerships in terms of peace, growth, reform and civilization. This year is the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Europe. China-Europe tie is in the close period. Currently, Premier Li is attending the 17th China and EU leaders meeting at Europe and will visit Belgium and France. Premier Li said we should make effort to push the four China-Europe relations to strike roots. The “effort” is based on full respect for European civilization, economic cooperation beneficial to European economic recovery, culture communications and joint maintenance of world peace.
Therefore, at the countdown of Greece crisis, we should sharpen our eyes to see who the thief is, who the trouble maker is, who is revealing your property, who is providing a solution and who is really helping us.
