Single-stage gasifier cold gas technical process:this gasification process is like this:taking 20-60mm of bituminous or anthracite coal as its raw material,making chemical reactions within the gasifier,with oxidation,reduction, distillation, drying included.The generated gas goes through dust-removing,oil-removing,cooling processing respectively after the optimizing deployment.After treatment,the clean gas will be delivered to industry furnace used as fuel by the pressurized conveying system.There are hot gas and cold gas technical processing to meet the different furnace gas quality requirements.The whole process system embraces coal yard,ash yard,coal lifting system,coal storage,coal feeding system,wind feeding system,single-stage gasifier gasification system,dust removal purifying system,cooling system,desulphurization system,oil or tar capturing,recovery and cooling system,automation control system,gas storage and pressure adding and outputting system.
