The Advantages of the Bio-degradable Paper-Yarn Bag
1. High Intensity:
In the bag making process, the warp and weft yarn wind continuously on the standard kraft, and the paper totally wrapped up by the yarn, which makes the bag has no middle seam. In this case, the strength of the bag increased clearly and the type of the paper and yarn can also be changed if there is any different needs for the intensity.
2. Dampproof and Breath freely:
The outer layer paper and the inner layer paper are adhered together by the film which formed by the yarn and PVA binder. The film has the dampproof function and many tiny holes will be formed when rolling the papers together. The holes can help to release air freely.
3. High Aging Resistance:
The Paper yarn composited bag are made by two layers of kraft paper with the film formed by yarn and PVA binder. The paper can prevent the light out of the bag, so the bagscan lasting longer and the strength will not be
affected.
4. High-Temperature Resistance:
The burning point of paper is 183℃, and the yarn can resist the high temperature of 180℃ under the condition of no water. It can dissolve at the temperature of 85℃ within water. So normally the bag can resist high temperature.
5. Stack without slipping
The winding yarns of three directions form the 15°angle to take shape of many triangles, which strengthens the friction force between the bags.To take 500*800MM as a example, it can stack 40 bags, nearly 4 meters high.
6. Environmental Protection and Recyclable
After recycling, the papers can be formed into wood pulp. In 85℃ water, the yarn will be dissolved into PVA. There is no harmless of the water-based ink that printed on the paper.
