Fixed Belt Conveyor

A mechanical machine applying friction force to continuously transport materials from one location to another. Especially useful in applications involving the transportation of heavy and bulky materials. Comprises of the rack, guide chute, conveyor belt, pulleys, conveyor rollers, impact conveyor rollers, returning conveyor rollers, pinched roller, tension device, pat idler, and driving unit.  Distance and width of conveyor belt can be customized to clients’ preferences. Customizable special features such as anti-explosion, water proof, anti-corrosion, heat and cold resistance. Tension device such as screw or hammer block are installed to tighten the loosen conveyer belt.

Working Principle

Driven by two endpoint pulleys named drive pulley and bend pulley. The rubber belt is circulated by driving pulleys which is driven by reducer motor. Conveyor belt movement relies on the friction force between the drive pulley and conveyor belt. Impact conveyor rollers are installed underneath the conveyor belt at feeding chute to withstand the contact force of materials being fed. Materials are transported to the discharge end by the conveyor rollers that is set up at 20-35° with trough to keep the materials on conveyor belts.
