Corrugated Sidewall Belt Conveyor

 Continuous transporting machine equipped with high quality conveyor belt with corrugated sidewall and horizontal baffle. Especially useful in applications involving the transportation of loose bulk materials. Comprises of the convex and concaved curved sections, guide chute, conveyor belt, pulleys, conveyor rollers, impact conveyor rollers, returning conveyor rollers, pinched roller, tension device, pat idler, and driving unit. Distance and width of conveyor belt can be customized to clients’ preferences. Customizable special features such as anti-explosion, water proof, anti -corrosion, heat and cold resistance. Tension device such as screw or hammer block are installed to tighten the loosen conveyer belt.

Working Principle

Machine consists of three parts which are the horizontal loading section, inclined transporting section, and horizontal discharge section. At the loading section, impact conveyor roller is installed to withstand the contact force of materials being fed onto the conveyor belt through a hopper, chute, feeding belt or feeding pulley. The materials are transported up against the inclined section by the conveyor rollers with the aid of sidewall. Corrugated sidewall functions to convey materials and prevent materials from falling off from the edges of the conveying belt. Hot vulcanization provides greater adhesion by five times the initial adhesion between conveyor belt and sidewall. Materials are discharged at the head part.
